Description and requirements:

 

Our studio provides a range of marketing services spanning brand, digital, print, film and 3d visualisation. We have big plans for the next few years and are currently looking to employ a Business Development Manager to help us grow.

The role will include finding and developing new business, project management, planning and account management from brief to delivery within the creative industry.

We have a great structure, which allows for a very fluid approach to work and emphasises the importance of this role within the agency. The Business Development Manager will be working very closely with the Studio Manager, Creative Director and design team on a daily basis.

This is a client facing role that is split in two:

• Firstly the role will involve developing existing client relationships and helping to organically grow accounts.
  
• Secondly the role will involve opening doors into new clients and developing new relationships in new markets - the role has a strong level of flexibility here, as long as the clients are in keeping with the agencies brand image and reputation and allow for good creative campaigns.

Desirables include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a creative marketing.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and great organisational skills, prioritising and working smart
• Ability to work within a team as well as on your own
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills essential in writing proposals
• Proactive, positive, professional and passionate approach to understanding clients and their needs
• Great understanding of digital and social marketing principles
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally as dictated by the business
