You’ll be part of our small but expanding team, working with a diverse range of clients and industry sectors, creating on-brand design solutions across all on and offline visual design.

 

We are looking for an inspirational head of creative to lead our ambitious, purpose-driven design output in both print and digital.

 

This role requires a brilliant designer who can guide our design team: steer our creative output: excite and win trust with our clients, and work with our account managers to co-ordinate a smooth production process.

 

We are a design company with a purpose, using our creativity and specialist knowledge to build brands and campaigns that make a positive difference.

 

The position would suit an ambitious senior designer looking to run their own team, or an established design head looking for a new agency that wants to put brilliant creativity to work for things that matter.

 

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a similar agency role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and manage relationships.
• Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic thinking.

 

Desired Experience:

• Leading a design team.
• Experience building and managing a team.
• Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent education.
